Common fault analysis of cutting aluminum alloy saw blades for aluminum cutting machine!
Carbide saw blades are made of cut and slotted metal materials. They are the most commonly used cutting tools for furniture processing. The quality of carbide saw blades is closely related to the quality of processed products. Proper and reasonable selection of carbide saw blades is of great significance for improving product quality, shortening cycle time and reducing processing costs.
1. Analysis and treatment of problems with abnormal sounds
Abnormal sound
1. If the hard alloy saw blade for aluminum cutting machine is found to have abnormal sound, it is likely that the external factor or the excessive force caused the slight deformation of the saw blade, which will cause a warning.
Treatment plan: The carbide saw blade is recalibrated.
2. The spindle clearance of the aluminum cutting machine is too large, resulting in jumping or yaw.
Solution: Stop the device and check to see if the installation is correct.
3. The base of the aluminum cutting saw blade is abnormal, such as cracks, clogging lines in the silencing line/hole, abnormally attached objects, and other items other than the cutting material when cutting.
Solution: First determine the problem and handle it according to different reasons.
2. The abnormality of the feeding causes the abnormality of the special carbide saw blade of the aluminum cutting machine.
Abnormal feed
1. The common cause of this problem is the slippage of the carbide saw blade.
Treatment plan: readjust the saw blade
2. The spindle of the aluminum cutting machine is stuck
Treatment plan: adjust the spindle according to the actual situation
3. The iron filings after sawing are blocked in the middle of the sawing road or in front of the material.
Treatment plan: timely cleaning the sawdust after sawing
3. The sawn workpiece is unstable or the grain is too obvious or the burr is too large.
Unstable workpiece
1. This situation is usually caused by improper handling of the carbide saw blade itself or the need to replace the saw blade, for example, the substrate is not qualified.
Treatment plan: replace the saw blade or re-effect the saw blade
2, the side of the sawtooth part is not qualified, resulting in insufficient precision
Treatment plan: replace the saw blade or take it back to the manufacturer for re-grinding.
3, hard alloy pieces are missing or stuck with iron filings
Treatment plan: If it is a tooth loss, you must replace the saw blade and take it back to the factory for replacement. If it is iron filings, clean it.
